A dictatorship is actually the best form of government. There is a reason why almost every private company in the planet is ran by 1 CEO who controls the direction of the company and makes all the major decisions.
Where it falls apart in a governing sense is in succession. You can go from the greatest leader, to his inbred son and now the best system in the world becomes the worst. It's why no major company let's CEO's reign till death and then inbreed with other CEO's and their in inbred children take over the company.
So what we have, is a unique opportunity where the right person at the right time with the right reasons makes absolute sense.
