I go to a Tridentine (Pre-Vatican II Latin Mass) Catholic Church and they're all "old school". We held many mini Trump rallies and they were a blast. It's unfortunate that my congregation doesn't have enough younger people in it though.
i left California due to all the liberal policies that was turning a beautiful state into a sh*thole. For years I just bit my tongue and dealt with it since I seemed to be a Republican minority in that state. After awhile, I couldn't take it anymore and left.
I'm a former Californian, by way of Los Angeles, of 26 years that moved to Montana and I love it here. the only sucky part about moving to Montana is the lack of "authentic" Mexican food. You have no idea how much I love that Mexican food
it's unfortunate that people realize just how important faith/religion is when it's basically stripped from them or when they're in a dire state in regards to their own/family well-being. In a small way it's great because like you said, the "great awakening" is taking place
It's fact that affirmative action, when it comes to college entrance, actually hurts the student. They only gain entrance based on their skin color and end up underperforming in college. A good number of them just drop out never to return to higher education.
San Diego's school district decision to "boost" certain peoples grades are harming these kids futures just as much. they're not going to be prepared to enter college at all.
correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Houston a Democrat stronghold? you would think there would be a lot of people. if they're limiting their numbers due to covid, you would think there would be a lot of people outside the event showing support.
that is a bit sus
