I've been basically getting my news on td.w and seemed like the fraud was obvious, things were turning our way, etc. I was feeling very upbeat about things, moreso every day.

Now I check out the news and Trump is setting up pardons for himself and his family and Guiliani, he's basically out of moves and the whole investigation into election fraud is a big nothing burger. This is BS. I feel like you guys used and misled me. And I don't get it. What's the point in conning Trump supporters??

IF this was Trump and team's first response to the fraud election, it would be a very bad sign, as it would signal that there may be a lack of fight in our leader.

However, taken in the proper context, it's just a trivial bureaucratic matter. Trump may in fact be using this event to feign weakness and embolden his enemies. That's how he rolls. Also, we must view it against a backdrop where Trump hasn't wavered a bit in his opinion of the election fraud. He has fought the fraud by all civil means at his disposal. He has said many times that he won, his legal team is taking it to the Supreme Court, and until the court makes a decision, no further steps can be demanded by our president. He would like to continue the American Republic and not hold power by force of arms. It may come to that, but we have to wait for marching orders from The Donald.

I've seen many mainstream sites say Trump and team are making "false claims" and providing crazy conspiracy theories (mainly about computer cheating). A. As they haven't gone to court yet and said their offering to the media was only an opening statement, how do they know they are false claims? They should say unproven claims if anything and do some investigating. B. Yes it is a conspiracy theory, and if it's true, it will be the biggest political story since the Civil War.

Notice how they don't give much coverage to Trump and teams statements other than ridicule, but after a Pence or McEnany presser, they all explode with statements and questions at the end. If they're so confident Biden's in and Trump is just screwing around, why are they so on edge? Why such muted coverage on the Biden win (biggest vote get in recorded history)?! Trump just keeps making the same statements, adding little clues and tidbits, and doubling down, refuses to concede even though all the traditional outlets "called it" for Biden, and they're like "uh oh he isn't going to concede. Now what??" Trump is driving them crazy with his behavior and also helping to reveal all the RINOs and Trump enemies that were in hiding. He's playing all those fools like a fiddle. Powell just revealed last night they had people watching all the computer fraud happening live on screen, and they have video or photographic evidence of it. Unless you think many different members of the Trump team are lying, this thing is already over! Open and shut case :)

The false trumpet appears to be the fake blowing of horns by the media regarding Biden's victory. This media cover conceals all the corruption, illegality and madness going on behind the scenes of the 2020 election. This scandal will cause "Byzantium" to change its laws. Byzantium was the heir to the Roman Empire that never really fell until the time of the turks. It was in the Greek Roman historical tradition, and a leading world empire, similar to what the USA is today (our government is modeled on lessons learned from the Greeks and Romans). The laws that will be changed most profoundly are election laws. It also references Egypt, a country to the Southwest of Byzantium. This would point to the unexpected support of Mexico (southwest of usa) and its president, who was himself defrauded in an election. He wants the false election edict taken back, which will allow Trump to continue his purpose of Draining the Swamp (changing money powers and government standards away from corruption). It will also benefit Mexico by shutting down the CIA/FBI/Deepstate backed illegal drug trade that has destroyed Mexico.

ETA: Another interpretation of the last two lines of the quatrain is that the man from Egypt is Donald Trump himself. In history, Byzantium (Constantinople) the ruling city was known for corruption and court intrigue. The leaders lacked honor, virtue, masculinity, and were rich and corrupt. This obviously parallels the modern DC Swamp. Now, Egypt was in fact a member of the Byzantine Empire but not the ruling seat/area. It was far away from all the corruption taking place in the decadent palaces of Byzantium. Thus, a Man from Egypt could be viewed as a man outside Byzantium (or outside the power structure in Washington DC) who wants the false edict withdrawn, so he can go about his business of Draining the Swamp.

I'm pro trump. Knocked on 2500 houses for Trump over october here in MN. I did notice, that there was an equal number of nasty people who backed both candidates.

I find many of the comments here juvenile and vile. I'll take your Trump votes, but many of you don't represent the kind of people I'd associate with. I'd say parental failure has also had an impact on our side, even if it's far worse on the other side.

People here should mimic Clint Eastwood characters. A cold, steely resolve, and less baying like Hyenas. If I were a drill sergeant, I'd bust that behavior out of you quickly or run you out of the service. Poor character and behavior isn't conducive to anything positive.

I detest Bush. Voted Buchanan twice if I recall. Regardless...the media ridiculed his strategy of going to court. After 40 days...that's how he got ultimate victory. I dont trust the court...just saying the media is full of shit. Based on history, it's a great idea to go to court. ACB could make a difference as well.
