another item i dont see listed but i think is cheap and nutritious, dry and only takes water to make is WHEY protein. get a shaker. 10$ or so a pound from truenutrition.com is where i get it - and theres like 30 servings a pound. to me this seems so easy im surprised its not on here. also doesnt take long to make just a few seconds really.
I disagree - those losers have nothing to lose. Literally. Mostly drug addicted losers bouncing between crappy apartments, girlfriends places and buddies couches, scraping enough money together to go down to some dive bar in the Mission and if he gets in trouble so what is a couple nights in jail a big deal? But most of us are real people, with families, houses, a life, a reputation in our community - a lawn to mow and a dog to walk even! So we don't want to smash up some loser dude and throw that all away. That call that 'not worth it' - and it truly isn't. If time comes we will stand up for those things we love - our country included - but no sense in sitting on a beehive when you've got promises to keep.
Yeah it's even come for the modeling business - nothing is allowed to be beautiful anymore, because (as the film discusses) the mere presence of a beautiful object (any beautiful object - even a model i guess) destroys their entire argument that everything is relative and nothing can be absolute. Beauty disproves that simply by existing, and therefore undermines a 'moral relativism' whereby nobody is suited to judge the actions of another.
He was - completely amazing. Luckily there are many of his lectures online, and I've recently been listening to some of his Audible books. Such great content you can listen to it like 4 times and still get something new out of it.
make sure to get some psyllium fiber to add a little to each serving - gives it a bit of 'thickness' like a real milk shake, and helps with the ol' constpation problem which can be a real bummer if you take a lot of whey - but with fiber its no issue
