You need to identify who stays open and make sure everyone knows and patronizes them. The ones that stay open but don’t have long lines are the ones that will get screwed over.

South Dakota must join! It will be a good test for Kristi Noem. From what I’ve seen I like Kristi but we should be pressuring these rising Republicans governors and whatnot to enlist in this lawsuit (yes I know she’s governor and the attorney general is needed but she needs to demand he uses his authority to do so).

I think that at this point if it was one state SCOTUS would be realistic. But with 2 weeks left it’s going to come down to state legislatures deciding to reject the “election results”. PA is about to send their own electors most likely. If not, 3 senators could nullify 3 states results and have a contingent election, which Trump would win.

Could we count on Rand Paul to be a senator that signs on against the certification of a state which results in a contested election?

There is always the possibility of a faithless elector. You could have the GOP in MI select republicans they know would vote Biden to keep the keep the peace or you would have some vote Biden and some Trump or all Trump.

Is this in the Trump lawsuit in PA though? I’ve read over half of it so far and didn’t notice anything about this.

Laura said Trump should leave office with grace, so I’m done with her.

Mark Levin was the one to say the state electors could cast for Trump but his show on Fox was a toned down version of that, but not contradictory.
