Rational People have to vote on how laws are to be legally voted, with votes...then some people vote on weather some voting is "really" voting or not,'........Can we out-vote to vote that voting is a thing that should be voted or not voted on by real votes?
Semantically speaking he only equates "congress or "SCOTUS"....the sitting POTUS is just one of the balancing powers of these three entities......this is my theory, im very noob to politics in general, so this may not even make sense, ill keep trying.....cheers frens
