The headline is a bit overhyped. The vote seemed to be jumping the gun. As pointed out in this article, she's merely delaying it by exactly 1 year. The article points out that North Dakota took 2 years to implement their system, and the Cannabis Public Policy Consulting group says it usually takes 14-20 months to implement. The vote happened in November 2020, and was set to begin July 1st, 2021. That's only 8 months, so this seems to make sense.
That is all, of course, only if what that group is saying isn't bullshit, and Kristi Noem isn't just trying to make sure it doesn't happen. If that's the case, fuck South Dakota. (I don't think that's the case, fwiw.)

I agree. I stand with Trump. I'm just so confused where to stand. He's not making it easy these last 24 hours. I hope he has a plan, but it's seemingly coming to an end. I'm not/have never been a doomer, but this is where we've been led to feel. Whether that's for a purpose of success, or a purpose of concession, I still stand with Donald Trump.
