Do secret service guys have any kind of dress code? I don't know men's fashion but French cuffs seem kind of dressy for a working guy.

It does come through.

Do you know if he supported Trump yesterday? Hope he didn't roll. I have done a search several times and can't find a record of his vote. Maybe he hasn't been seated yet? But he said he would support Trump a few days ago. Weird.

My go to for times like that is a sweet potato. I can roast it in the oven. No pots or pans. It's hot, filling, cheap as ramen and packed with nutrition.

A costco rotisserie chicken is another one. Cheap, hot, tasty ....

Maybe make a list of your own especially if things that are relatively fast but still real foods. Keeps you from having to think about it when you're down.

A good meal and a good night's sleep does a lot for your mental health.

Tim Keller has a podcast with a lot of talks. He was pastor of the fastest growing church in NYC (Presbyterian) until his retirement a few years ago. You can look through the titles of his podcasts for titles that interest you. I remember his talks on the book of Job as being exceptionally good.

By the way, I'm not of his denomination. I've heard him recommended many times by people in different denominations and I think that speaks highly of him and his work. He's well respected and very much loved.

Are you cooking and eating real food? If you're single, it's harder (we cook three meals a day but I struggle when my husband is on a business trip and it's just me now that the kids are grown). But eating real food helps. It's hard to get your head into gear when your body and mind aren't being nourished.

If you're an extrovert, the lockdowns are especially brutal.

I loathe that woman and still can't understand why Trump asked us to vote for her.

I saw it happen on of the live streams that were stickied earlier today. You couldn't see who or what but you could hear the shot, someone screaming for help for the victim, etc.

Strong passwords were standard procedures during Hillary's IT days but that stop them from being dumb asses.

Jesus saying in Revelation "WAKE UP and strengthen what remains". Bob Dylan wrote a song about it "When you gonna wake up?"

Totally agree with you. We are very comfortable.

I don't cry. Until today.

Seriously Reagan would speak, I'd smile and nod and agree. He got me to do some really cool things as a single mom. I was a high school drop out and ended up in college graduating with honors thanks to his constant "believe in yourself, don't depend on government" talk. But he never made me cry.
