The medical device angle needs to be looked at more. At some point, the CDC started calling these “masks” and the ones worn by surgeons “medical masks” to attempt to differentiate. Some states and corporations call them “face coverings”. It’s all a joke because they expect them to be worn for medical purposes.

Of course there is no evidence that these events actually happened. The articles did not name the people or the hospitals where the deaths allegedly occurred. Greg Abbott can get cucked.

They changed the wording from “encouraged to wear” to “expected to wear”. They refuse to clarify what they will do if someone refuses to wear one. I suspect the spokesman who originally gave the statement was quoting their internal policy which the higher ups did not want to be public. I doubt they would trespass you or refuse service, but someone has to be the first to test them.
