That's just one head of the hydra. The Sorosbeast has many, many, many heads. To kill it, you need to stab the heart - his money. He's had decades to amass cash and build networks, Trump would have been foolish to swipe at one head while 20 more were behind him ready to bite. But stab the beast in the heart - it all goes away, eventually. Soros is embedded deep into every G20 country. He's not going to be arrested by US Marshalls, he's protected. You go after him directly, he could crash economies to make you go away.

I mean, I like the energy, but Trump going after him directly would have escalated quickly, like World War quickly, he's embedded like a tick in most 1st world countries.

CA proposed a wealth tax in 2020 that would tax CA residents for 10 years after they left the state. It died in committee.

The Black Dahlia files are still in the LAPD storage facilities. So are the Zodiac files, the Berkowitz files, the Manson files, etc. Cops are supposed to hang on to evidence basically forever, even if the case is solved.

Key word is 'supposed'. I don't think there's any doubt in anyone's mind what's going on here, even on the left. I'm sure there's a lot of smug Dems tonight, toasting themselves that they will never be charged.

When they were brazen enough to kill Epstein in the supposed most secure Federal holding facility right in front of everybody, this is child's play.

'Member when we had Clinton creeps stuffing documents in their underwear to destroy evidence? I miss those days, they seem innocent compared to open and brazen they are now.

It's not a Constitutional issue, and the current court would punt it, for sure.

You can talk about child trafficking all day, and I'll read it. There's obviously a lot going on, looking at Epstein and the massive busts being done at the end of 2020.

But if you start babbling about adrenochrome, you're either a troll a raving lunatic, or hopelessly naive and ignorant. Period. And I won't apologize for it, even if those same trolls and lunatics start spewing their cute insults at me.

There's legit issues - and then there's this whackdoodle, foaming at the mouth **bullshit ** called "adrenochrome". Yes, it exists. No, it does not have magical properties. You want to know one damned good reason why? Because you can buy it right now, on the open market, with no licenses or permits, and it's not illegal to synthesize it, sell it, or possess it. Children do not produce a "purer" or "stronger" version of it, burning adrenaline in body - adults would be far better to farm it from - if it had any real use.

I enjoyed a lot of Hunter S. Thompson's work, but I hate that he brought the word into wide use, making up mystical properties for it, for a book of fiction.

Any talk of "adrenochrome" belongs in GreatAwakenings, that's the clubhouse for that kind of idiocy.

Everyone thinks this is Cuomo just being an asshole. While it's true he's the biggest gaping asshole on the east coast, I think there's more to this story than just passing a bloated budget.

I think he is in cahoots with (Chinse) real estate moguls to drive down prices, so they can swoop them up in the firesale with people leaving the city in droves, landlords selling off their stock, and businesses shuttering and breaking leases, making it easier to purchase.

I think he, and a host of unnamed people, are emptying the city on purpose. So they can buy as much of it as they can.

It's not like this is the first time Cuomo tried to profit off of covid, and his draconian rules. In just 3 months, I expect the worst from Dems. And this is the kind of thing that greasy piece of shit would be behind.

I was born there. Parts of the state are beautiful, and I'd love a small house in the woods there.

But I will never live there. NY was bad enough!

Plea deals are so fucking abused now. They should not be getting any kind of plea deal, and should be in jail until they're old women.

You know what this is, BLM threatened riots. You know it.

Good to know. My aim here is to get some data - are stores scanning IDs, and if so, what states, because that could have serious implications for people, if they do a background check for a gun. The articles I read about this say it's because of the Gun Control Law of 1968, which prohibits the use of pot and being a gun owner (which is fucking ridiculous 53 years later). So the concern is the DEA background check - if you say you don't use pot for the background check, and anyone has you on record for purchasing it/holding a medical card, you can't get a gun. And whatever charges the DEA throw at you for falsifying a government form, blah blah blah. Or that's what I think I understand, about this issue, I want to gather information here. Having a medical card prohibits you from gun ownership already, though, according to federal law - but only if you tell them you have one, because it's HIPAA protected data. So I guess that's the key - don't claim to have a card to the DEA? Am I reading this right? And, I guess a concern would be getting busted for pot related charges, and them cross-indexing it with your background check? Which to me would be an unlikely scenario for most?

I'm not a smoker/use, even though I voted to legalize it. I thought it was like liquor stores, where they swipe your ID? No? I have no idea.

Nothing on the docket right now that I can see that applies to 230.

-however-

Thomas released this opinion* in reaction* to the Court making moot the lawsuit against Trump, as he's now a private citizen, and told the appeals court to rule it moot, as well. He's agreeing with the decision. You should read it, it's a good read. The bigger points are two: One, this case failed to establish a standard on this issue - so now the fraud can have people blocked/banned on the WH account, or his own, and people can take it to court, and they can re-try the case. The slate is cleared now, on the issue. This is potentially bad, as our current judicial system will not rule against the fraud, like they did for Trump. Two, he's basically standing up and shouting, waving a big red flag at Congress, telling them how to go after these companies and remove 230 protections. This should be good, but looking at the current Congress, nothing will happen. Much like Rudy tried to teach the GOP how to win against the fraud, this will fall on deaf ears, sadly.

The ending paragraph is the key:

"The Second Circuit feared that then-President Trump cut off speech by using the features that Twitter made available to him. But if the aim is to ensure that speech is not smoth- ered, then the more glaring concern must perforce be the dominant digital platforms themselves. As Twitter made clear, the right to cut off speech lies most powerfully in the hands of private digital platforms. The extent to which that power matters for purposes of the First Amendment and the extent to which that power could lawfully be modified raise interesting and important questions. This petition, unfortunately, affords us no opportunity to confront them."

https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/20pdf/20-197_5ie6.pdf

Thomas is going a little rogue here, but it's needed. Roberts is probably cussing a storm over this opinion, as is Congress and the big tech companies. Thomas wants to dig into the issue of how much power these companies have, but nobody else wants to go near it - because it would kick a leg out from under Democrats.

That's not the point, really, if you've never bought pot with your state ID, you can lie all you want - it's the people who have bought with a state ID that are fucked - if they lie on the form, it's double felony bonanza. It's not like they're drug testing to get guns...yet. It's the "buy pot with the State ID" that's the issue here.

And it's fucking outrageous and makes me glad I got the fuck back out of NY state years ago.

Um, no, Nation of Islam was invented in the US by a black man, it has nothing to do with the actual religion. It's the Kwanza of religion.

NOI literally believe white people are devils. They are the least likely to work with white Fed agents in any capacity, as there are also a lot of shadowy aspects to their "religion" on top of that they don't want exposed. They're super paranoid, on a good day. For them to be involved in a false flag would be surprising - which is why I'm curious as to what his motive was - because as NOI, helping the Feds wouldn't even be on the list.

A. I'm not a Muslim

There's no B, because there doesn't need to be one. If you think I'm supporting Islam by pointing out Nation of Islam isn't really Islam...well, I'm not going to insult you. I'll just stop there.

FireannDireach 11 points ago +17 / -6

A lot of Muslims see Nation of Islam as a corruption and heresy of Islam. You might want to educate yourself as to who the Nation of Islam is, and how they're viewed by actual Islam.

Then you'd know they basically share a name. That's it.

NOI is a good rabbit hole to go down to find some serious rabid, frothing at the mouth insanity. It will change how you see the guys selling bean pies on the corner very, very differently.
