Won't link to WSJ for the story. But if you want to hold your nose and go there, that's where the story is from.

Not thrilled about this, won't be watching. I was hoping she'd be working for Trump in some capacity, but she was seduced by the dark side.

Come home, Kmac. Those people don't like or respect you.

https://californiaglobe.com/section-2/recall-newsom-campaign-closes-in-on-1-9-million-signatures/

The organization aimed for 2 million signatures, to have a 25% margin for rejected signatures. They need 100k more in two weeks.

They only need 1.5 per state law, goal reached and smashed.

State Secretary has said 85% of signatures reviewed so far are accepted.

This is happening. Pelosi's nephew is being shitcanned. Not only will it remove his tyrannical rules, but it will shitcan his political career, which no doubt had plans for national office, if not the presidency.

WE'RE DOING THIS.

Just doing my part to spread some info. I posted some wrong info on Section three, which I apologize for, and want to post a link to an interesting article by an actual authority on law:

https://www.lawfareblog.com/14th-amendments-disqualification-provision-and-events-jan-6

The key points here are,

  • outside of their own members in Congress, there is no Federal Law in place that allows them to sanction President Trump from running in a future election, any resolution by them concerning this is just their opinion. If they try to pass a law to forbid him, then they run into bill of attainder territory. They can pass a resolution with a majority in Congress, but it's utterly toothless.

  • Section 3 isn't something invoked by them outside of their own halls, on citizens.

  • Section 3 can be contested by Trump in the courts, if any state tries to invoke it.

I'd bet they do this anyway, they'll hold a big circus over it, but they and the MSM won't talk about how it won't accomplish anything. So when liberals start clinging to this, as a "remedy" for their failure to convict, remember this article. They can't vote to invoke anything under Section 3, outside of Congress.

TurboTax just sent this out:

Dear Valued TurboTax Customer,

The IRS recently began issuing a second round of stimulus payments to those eligible. Unfortunately, because of an IRS error, millions of payments were sent to the wrong accounts and some may not have received their stimulus payment.

We have been working tirelessly on a solution with the Treasury and the IRS. As a result, our expectation now is that within days the error will be corrected and stimulus payments will begin being deposited into the correct bank accounts. We have also re-confirmed with the IRS that they have all of the correct banking information.

We know how important these funds are for so many Americans and that everyone is anxious to get their money, now more than ever. We will keep you updated on our efforts, and we will stay on this until you get your money.

Respectfully, Greg Johnson Executive Vice President & General Manager Intuit, Inc. | TurboTax

I'd laugh, if this day wasn't so dire already. They can't even not screw up our bribes...er..."covid relief".

A scammer just tried to lure people to a site hosted in India for pictures of AOC's udders. It tries to install Flash installer malware.

NOTE: Flash is going bye bye at the end of the month, Adobe is dropping support for it, and from now on, do not update your Flash player, even from Adobe.

Not trying for a sticky, but there it is.

My hot take:

Case was a dog. Lin was suing on his own behalf over the March rule changes, and the court said he has no standing for emergency relief because GA already certified the vote, and they aren't going to undo that because Lin is suing over the March rule changes. But let's get this out there, and over with.

He can still appeal to the SCOTUS. We'll see. I have my doubts the SCOTUS will want to take this case, with the one Rudy has on the docket. I think Rudy's efforts are more important. Nothing against Lin.

And no, nothing that's been uncovered and testified to in the hearings was in this case. But let's get the doom and gloom and concern posts out of the way.
