Lifelong Kent County, Delaware resident. Can someone explain this chart for me? We have always went red along with Sussex County in every election with liberal, urban New castle (where biden lives) going blue and causing the state to go blue. This election kent went blue which is strange, maybe due to the 125,000 statewife mail in votes for our governor vs 65,000 in person for him.
