It may seem obvious to you that this is lunacy. But BLM has raised at least $5 billion since May from hundreds of the largest corporations in America, while throwing molotovs at police stations.
It's working for them as a pure cash grab; why would they stop?
I wouldn't think the carrier is "in on it", other than providing government - specifically DHS - full access to their own software tracking systems, as Patriot Act laws require. I doubt the carrier knows what happened exactly where in their process.
The main thing is that this was pretty clearly a government job. Somebody inside DHS is misusing state power to suppress journalism critical of Biden and co, to the point of "off the books" criminal direct action, merely enabled by legal oversight powers meant to guard against things like anthrax mail terrorism and uni-bombers.
The only other long shot possibility is that some random internal employee who was ideologically left saw the addressee and just screwed with it on principle. That would indeed be an unauthorized carrier employee version of how it might have happened. But it's a long shot, because how would they know this was the letter to screw with? It's not like every other conservative sent or received Fed Ex goes missing.
If he were an actual patriot with a conscience and a sense of decency, he would have blown the whistle when the left was impeaching the president over charges he knew to be false, and that he knew the other side to be guilty of, from first hand personal knowledge.
Did he come forward then at personal cost? No he did not. He was still trying to make a $2 million pay day for himself facilitating corrupt deals between the Biden family and Chinese communist operatives.
The only reason he came forward is that his name was on a disclosed email and his own team threw him under the bus.
I give him credit for courage and handling that like a man once it happened. He wasn't willing to be their fall guy, and stood up for himself.
But when it was a matter of standing up for his country, or for our president back in impeachment days, when he had direct knowledge of the falsehood of the left's charges and the guilt of Hunter Biden in the matter, he was nowhere to be found.
No, I want patriotic and moral left and right wing parties. And we don't have them - including the republicans, though they aren't half as bad as the dems these days.
Strength without morality is evil. Strength without patriotism hurts our country rather than helping it. Meeting evil half way is not virtue.
The state not providing competition to men would be a good start.
Parents in full control of schooling, with no state role in it besides possible voucher financing, would be a good second.
