I don't believe the video is real. Watching it I thought it didn't seem like Trump at all. But I can't draw any conclusions as to what else is happening from that alone. Trump could be dead, he could be bunkering down, he could be coordinating with the military, he could be fleeing the country. Any of those could be true and the video still be a deepstate fake.
