I totally agree that the election was decided by illegal ballots, but the responsibility for both setting the rules so large scale cheating is impossible and for making sure they oversee their elections and correct any illegality falls on the states, and specifically the state legislatures. The GOP legislatures in GA, PA, and MI failed on both points, and the blame falls squarely on their shoulders (along with the RINO GA Gov and SOS).
