At this point we need to see some details about these servers in Germany. Who has them and where are they? They are going to end up with Crowdstrike or something similar who will tell us they have been checked and nothing inappropriate occurred. I don't think the data feeds given to the media are actual official counts though.
Either way we need a hand count as otherwise they can blame the media or whomever for the data discrepancies, or just pretend the discrepancies don't exist. We don't even need to audit every precinct. If they audit 4 or 5 where the discrepancies are supposed to exist and everything matches what was reported, I would be satisfied that the software wasn't used to change votes. If the paper ballots don't match the totals reported, someone will have some real explaining to do and we have to throw out the entire vote in every state where Dominion was used.
I suspect he is too dumb to actually know anything important enough to blow the whistle. The chances of Kemp knowing how the election software operates or how it is susceptible to manipulation through Scorecard or other hacks are pretty much 0.
