Nope, I will not concede that these problems were started by white people. I would agree that there are white people who take part in some of these problems. These problems are the natural result of bringing a bunch of poor brown people into our country, and white peoples natural altruistic instinct dominating their brains.

All these agencies and bureaucracies require university degrees to get hired. As the American university has moved further and further left, these agencies have moved further and further left.

So, it's not that these agencies have access to information which is making them go left. It is that the applicants for the jobs are moving further left.
