If the court found a case that allowed them to declare Roe v. Wade Null and Void, this would mean that the Federal government has no constitutional interest in abortion and it’s up to the States. Some would restrict it or outlaw it quickly, but others have or will set up provisions for this sort of event making it legal up to the day of delivery.
For the Court to find abortion equal to murder would be an egregious example of creating legislation from the bench. We may want this, but we would literally scream like libtards if the Court did this to the 2A too. They would have to find some existing federal law that would also apply to abortions, the way there are federal murder charges for killing a federal law enforcement officer.
