He's mentioned a transition but he talked about that in his inauguration speech when he basically declared war on the swamp in his first speech as POTUS. He hasn't done all of this to throw in the towel midway thru the final round. There is nothing normal about what is happening right now. DC looks like it's preparing for war and I don't think our military is dumb. I don't know, nobody but POTUS knows. I do know this, there's a whole bunch of really smart people doing a whole bunch of eyebrow raising things right now.
