In SWMO, NWAR, SEKS, and NEOK is THE hub for all transportation from coast to coast. Fuel is super cheap, utilities are stupid cheap. We have Bass Pro, Leggett and Platte HQ, O’Reilly HQ, Walmart HQ, HE Williams, Prime Trucking, and SWMO is the capital of Stainless steel production. Tons of market options and they can’t hire enough people to fill positions.

We where blowing up on the job market. We had roughly 20% unemployment on 2016. Almost overnight all the old factories started to turn back on and started churning harder than ever. It really has made a significant change, our unemployment dropped to 2.1%. I’ve been tracking it. It ls definitely the resurrection of the small town.
Small towns in SW MO is where I landed. It used to be one of the richest places in the US in the 1880-1920’s cool Victorians everywhere and Cheap, Cheap, cheap! If you know how to do basic home repair, then you my friend can have a kick ass place for cheap. On the plus side of all these old houses, no asbestos in any of them. These old rich snobs loaded up on top quality plaster before the asbestos ever made it in the market back then. Our court house looks like a castle
