He got ratiod into oblivion. I swear I think they say this crap for the outrage factor alone, then just sit back and laugh.

I can’t my southern states’s governor allowing it. But he usually does everything quietly, doesn’t make the news a lot.

But he won’t be around forever.

I live in Deep South. We have to carry here. Those who don’t are protected by the sentiment that you may be carrying. Color doesn’t matter. Respect is key.

One evening, our kid’s friend came to the door unexpected, they didn’t tell us he was coming. I peeked thru window, saw 6’3” 200lb black man, grabbed a gun and the little one, told the hubs, got in the bedroom, and locked the door. Hubs got a gun, went to the door, and instantly knew who he was dealing with and invited him right on in. But oh my goodness did they give us hell. He laughed about every racist trope you could make. (It was funny). But our kid was a little more serious, I think of embarrassment.

Turns out, what they didn’t know..... was a family member had JUST been assigned a death penalty case for a man who had escaped from custody by killing a deputy during transport, and he was still on the run. And everyone knows who this family member is- was all over the news and papers, and we were immediate family.

Later that same night, this same escaped convict broke into a couples home, terrorizing and torturing them for hours until they finally got the upper hand and shot his ass dead. (Good feels)

So the next day I sent all the info to the kid, who was in school at the time, and they were so so so sorry for saying we acted racist. They apologized so much, saying they just didn’t know..... they had no idea what had been going on.

Well kid, of course you didn’t. That what we protect you from. But now you and your friend know that we are not, in fact, racist.

But we will react according to what is going on around us in the world, no matter what color anyone is.

I’m not positive the next war will be a pew pew war. Not here, anyway.

The next revolution will happen differently. It will be over before we know it, with minimum or no pews at all.

I may be wrong, but I believe the next war has to come from inside the machine itself. It’s almost impenetrable from the outside.

For me, it’s like wanting to scream from the rooftops.....

Hey idiots....... how can you not see what is going on?

Yep. It’s all a show to “guide” the country where they want it to go. Why do you think the UK developed a court that mirrors our own? Bc they saw how clearly they can bypass Congress/Parliment/laws they don’t like.

It’s never a good idea to try to change someone.

BUT...... if anyone.... it can be these girls. I honestly believe many are just looking for love and support bc they don’t fit in anywhere. It would be difficult, but not impossible. Stay strong, laugh gently but not smugly.

Just like anyone else, but more so bc they are girls... they are just looking for attention. Show them that good attention can be just as positive as negative attention.

Of course, if they’re too hung up on attention.... RUN. If it’s just inner lonely-ness, that’s different, and that’s what I’m referring to.

One thing to do is take them on some kind of crazy physical outing. A theme park, hiking w/zip lines, dune buggy riding, mud riding, skeet shooting, shooting in general, remote control cars, horseback riding, drones- whatever you are into or can get into. Get that adrenaline associated with something unexpectedly positive- and yourself, of course.

Stay the man always, never give in on that. Keep the first few dates filled with actual physical excitement. Keep it off about politics or even yourselves- just have fun and associate yourselves together with positivity and fun in both of your minds. That can transcend all the worldly crap and allow you both to see each other beyond everything else.

(Hint from lady pede adding to what you’ve stated)

I actually watched a local alderman debate tonight. Total of maybe 6 people there, 2 citizens. It’s a Republican primary coming up April 6. I watched it bc we received two flyers in the mail, and knew nothing of the candidates. Our alderman is retiring and we will be served by alderman at large- so this will affect us.

Like our bridges that when repaired, reroute us 10 miles for 2 years, when it takes less than a month’s work to actually fix the damn bridge. Why reroute and shut down if the plan is not yet in place for repairs? (They’re not in danger of falling apart, it’s just upgrades)

I was so bored at first, then OMG- it got really interesting. And I can, with confidence now, know who I will vote for and why. I want to start attending these meetings and debates. I want to speak my mind about the idiotic way they do stuff.

It is entirely possibly to get as excited about local politics as it is national politics. I believe that now. Will be attending in person from now on.

Wow. I think I read about that!

That’s the thing though...... we are just wired so differently from them. Stuff like would go against our very soul. It’s like these liberals don’t even have a damn soul.
