Stay home, eat processed crap, don't excercise, get fat.

Lack of sunlight lowers vitamin D which is important to immune effectiveness. Stay inside.

Don't work, worry how you'll pay, be stuck at home, etc. Depression leads to eating, and weak (exhausted) breathing.
