That's why she was in dry dock, they were adding a replica Statue of Liberty to her bow. They were finishing up just as Trump called the ship to deploy to NYC.

No where near as good as Soph. This seems contrived, like she's trying to be the new Soph but doesn't come close to the wit and humor Soph has.

I miss Soph.

This is a funny meme.

That being said, did you know that more and more evidence has come to light that suggests that the Asteroid wasn't solely responsible for the Cretaceous extinction event?

It's now posited that the Deccan Traps event ushered in the new age of mammals. A very, very large volcanic event called a flood basalt event unleashed a tremendous amount of lava onto the surface of the Earth, causing the mass extinction. More research has to be done, but it's seems clear that the Deccan Traps played some kind of major role in the extinction event.

I'm now very skeptical of the claim that she and her husband ingested this stuff. I think he died of something else and she never ingested it in the first place. I'm betting this was another false flag.

I haven't seen any source that suggests Fauci said this.

My mom just asked me where she can buy ammo for my dad's old Colt .38 revolver. He got the revolver when he was a police officer back in the early 70s. The small town force he was with were replacing all the old guns with new ones and his chief asked my dad if he would like to have his old duty revolver and my dad said yes.

I have only ever seen it fired one time since I've been alive, and now my mom wants ammo for it. It's the only gun they own.

[Copy Paste from my reply to another comment]

"Our oil industry is practically immune from OPEC (or anyone else) trying to flood the market. Most of our oil comes form shale oil wells now and they can be turned on and off like your faucet in the kitchen. That's not how normal oil wells work. Typically when you turn a well off, you destroy the well and it has to be re-drilled to access that oil.

OPEC, Russia...it doesn't matter. They can only curtail our production as long as they can afford to sell their oil at really cheap prices. The second oil prices jump back up, we just turn our wells back on and we're back in business. Our oil industry is bomb proof now and it scares the shit out of OPEC. You will likely never see $100/bbl oil prices ever again. Oil rich countries have considerably less global power than they did 10 years ago"

To answer your specific question, Russia is not a member of OPEC. Russia is a serous competitor to OPEC though. Russia and OPEC (the Saudis) are having a price war right now. OPEC wants to drive prices low enough and for long enough to compel Russia to start capping wells, which will destroy those wells. This will reduce the supply of oil in the world and drive prices higher.

The Saudis are in a very tough economic position right now because of the shale oil fields in America. They have over leveraged their oil economy in an effort to tamp down on growing dissent against the crown by increasing public spending. The Saudi crown is essentially buying their public's loyalty with oil money. Since oil is no longer at $100/bbl, these policies are drying up their monetary reserves and they're getting desperate.

The Saudis did try to run the American Shale oil industry out of business a few years ago, but like I described above, that didn't work and it never had a chance to work. If they can convince the rest of the OPEC members to continue to flood the market with oil for a while longer, they may be able to hurt Russia's oil industry enough to force them to suspend production and cap their wells..

This is really good for America. If Russia does curtail production, that leaves the door open for some of the less profitable shale oil wells to begin production again, and as I mentioned, it's very easy to turn those wells on and off. It could also be an opportunity for new shale oil wells to be drilled.

America now controls the oil market, at least in the sense that they control the max price of oil. OPEC may be able to flood the market with cheap oil and drive prices lower at their whim, but they can never, ever drive prices past a certain point as long as America has shale oil. And, we're gonna have shale oil for a very, very long time. The Bakken Oil field in N.Dakota/Montana is the largest oil field in the world currently. And we have discovered more fields in other parts of the country as well.

Shale oil has brought stability to the oil market. No longer can a nation's oil wells be held hostage by OPEC or any other country if that nation has invested in shale oil. Prices are more stable than they have ever been in the past.

I want everyone to be tougher, not just you. I want this country to stop fearing death, not just you, me or my mom.

Having Trump in office right now is great, but what happens when it's another president and we see a catastrophe like this? Fear of death is what gave the governor of LA, the mayor of New Orleans and the president of this country, George Bush, the tacit permission to send police, Coast Guardsmen and National Guardsmen to go door to door in and around the city of New Orleans confiscating guns, despite what the constitution has to say about it.

How many excuses are we willing to give before it stops? Or, does it never stop?

I suspect that Remdesivir will cost many, many times that amount.

The war, in my mind, has shifted to battling opportunistic authoritarian actions by our government. The real question is; how much freedom, exactly, are you willing to sacrifice for the security that's being promised?

Also, the constitution specifically gives the federal government almost unlimited power over the ports of entry to this country. If you are speaking about the checkpoints 50-100 miles inland that ICE used to do (is doing?), then no, I'm not for it and I have never been for it. Ports of entry, yes, a 100 mile zone around the nation's borders? No.

That's all fine and dandy unless the economy comes roaring back in a few months and they see all their friends at other companies making bank and they got to keep the Trump check to.

This company is playing with fire right here. If the unemployment numbers go down to 3% like it was before this whole mess, they might end up finding it hard retaining those employees and hiring new ones. A free market works both ways.

Don't fear death. Your fear of death and the overriding concern for the safety of your loved ones isn't worth the price we are currently paying. I don't mean financial cost, I'm talking about cost of freedoms and civil liberties. Your fear of death and your concern for your loved ones is how the Patriot Act got passed.

Every one is going to die. The question is, how do you want to live?

Yeah, that's the vibe I get too. He talks and acts just like the last four presidents we've had. He's been a politician for a long time now and I don't think that's a step forward. I could be wrong, maybe some of Trump's fighting style has rubbed off on him, but that's not the vibe I get when I hear him at the briefings. I certainly don't have anywhere near the confidence in him with regards to the economy as I do with Trump.

Did you know that Patton believed in reincarnation. He died in 1945. Trump was born six months later.

You have now entered the twilight zone.

This is the correct answer. He's acting like a simp and women hate simps. He needs to put his foot down and lead her. Right now she's leading him and that never works.
