It’s not a counterfeit problem. The law requires a declaration of what certain votes mean. Local election officials did not include the requirement on ballots in nearly all of California.

I’m suggesting that it could be part of triggering an 1876 type contingent panel. Either leading to a commission that assigns votes or a contingent election of congress. Either way would lead to a Trump win.

It would have to go through the 9th circuit. President Trump and cocaine Mitch reshaped the 9th.

Spez: The courts absolutely would hear the challenge from the CA AG suing to seat California’s reps and count their electors. The Supreme Court May then rule 6-3 against California, just as they did in the census of illegals case.

Lots of progress since the 80s though. The NFL was still questioning if a black quarterback could lead a team, and black coaches were getting iced out of top jobs. They were bussing kindergarteners on longer commutes than their parents, hours each way, for the sake of integration.
