Announcing topics ahead of time is definitely advantageous to someone with cognitive decline, like Biden, as it allows them to prep more thoroughly for the debate.

How often are topics announced ahead of time?

It's been difficult for me to find info on past debates... it looks like none of the presidential debates in 2016 released topics ahead of time, but I could be wrong. I'd also like to find info on the primary debates as the sample size is much larger.

Also, I tried posting this to r/conservative on Reddit but had the post banned... not sure why.

I'd like to donate directly to the campaign and I'd like a bumper sticker... but I don't want junk mail sent to my house for the rest of my life.
