Did you have any military guys in your force? My limited experience was that a lot of ex military didn't like law enforcement when they tried it. Those who did like it were probably tools to begin with.

And the last thing, before now, that I did regarding POTUS, MAGA, TDW, U.S.A., etc. was watch POTUS's speech in D.C., and watching VPOTUS stab us in the back. I've missed 2 weeks of all of your thoughts, so maybe some people have explained away what Pence did WHILE POTUS was giving the most important speech ever.
I'll never forget what Pence and so many other politicians did (or rather, didn't do).
I've been feeling down the past 2 weeks. Not giving up, but going back to my cynical ways.
The 2003-2015 time frame was a very cynical one for me. I was feeling the Patriotism after 9/11, and it all vanished when George W. Bush gave his infamous "Mission Accomplished" speech on the deck of the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln.
I knew it was all an evil game, and I wasn't going to play. I voted republican, independent, libertarian... you name it (Never voted democrat, though!)
Then, in 2015, Donald J. Trump descended the golden escalator with an angel in tow (Melania) and after hearing him talk a few times over the next couple weeks, I got my hopes up. I let myself get excited over politics and our country in ways I hadn't been for over a decade prior.
And then, since the 2020 election, despite all the evidence, and all of our efforts, "they" are still saying Biden won!!??!!??
He will never be my president, and when he officially goes senile, neither will Kumallah Harris.
I'd like to thank my wife, who got me out of my funk. She kept up to date on the happenings over the last 2 weeks. I told her in my sulking mood: "I don't even wanna know!"
Last week she was asking how to delete facebook, completely. She told me we have to get completely of the grid (online) and was even asking me about a VPN (which I've used for years.) What a gal! But still, I was like "meh".
But yesterday, she told me to go online and buy MORE ammo. That did it, folks. She got my freedom boner back up, and it's gonna stay up for way more than 4 years. But I ain't calling a doctor!
