Yeah I really wish there were a way to see this in action and know more about it! Botnets have been around for some time and IUG had taken down some fairly impressive networks in the last decade, (and those are the ones we know about!) so they not only have the ability to build on private tech they sieze, but can operate in almost complete secrecy for a litany of national security reasons. Not to say they're all bullshit either, but yet again we see a system/weapon employed, entrusted to a governing body full of fallible people with no checks or balances, and humans are gonna human.

I love pgp and have some ideas around letting pgp keys authenticate or handshake in private comm apps but I haven't really seen it implemented yet. PGP has the legs but like you said, using keys needs to be more intuitive. I'm willing to learn but would rather work with some full stack pedes and offer up what I'm good at if it meant creating our own solution.
