Liberalism was the attack on Western culture. That moved the battle from politics to culture. Immigration was the attack on Western identity (In America, Anglo-American race). That moved the battle from culture to identity.
Cuckservatives want to debate the economy. They think it's about capitalism vs. communism vs. libertarianism vs. some other shit. But that debate is long dead. The people who say that identity politics or cultural marxism are inherent to leftism are not your friends. The people who try to make you an atheist are not your friends. The people who sell you civic nationalism are not your friends. They are on the other side. They know what they are doing. They want you confused about where the battle is taking place. They want you confused about which side to fight for to be effective in stopping those who want to destroy Western civilization.
Cuckservatives need to learn that they have to pick a side in the war over identity and culture. Either they are with Western civilization or with the globalists. They have done that too. From what I can find, American blacks have an IQ around 85. Anecdotally it seems about right. But they also have around 25-30% European genes, so:
0,25 European (100) + 0,75 West African (70) = 77,5
I think it's too easy to claim that the little disparity here (85 vs. 77,5) is because of culture. The presumption should be that genes determine intellectual capacity. There could be a hybrid effect that we don't know about. The underlying assumptions could be off (maybe the Europeans who bred with Africans were more intelligent than the norm). Also keep in mind that living in a white Christian civilization over time has a civilizing (eugenic) effect on people, provided that evil people are dealt with properly.
Could be Arabs, yeah. They come in many shapes.

Apply Occam's razor. Blacks haven't really built anything of note in history. They have an IQ roughly two standard deviation below that of Europeans, and one below that of Arabs and Semites. Today you can learn about it with a google search. Or just turn on the television and see what they are showing during commercial these days. So lack of information can't be an excuse.

30% is probably way too high. When a neighborhood is 30% non-Western, the Westerners are already leaving it or avoiding it like the plague, making it much harder to enforce the rules.

They definitely do in the West, because the system was designed to be a wickedocracy. Our system rewards parasitism. It's a feature of financial capitalism. But it's not a universal fact of life. Putin probably has an IQ in the 160 range, if not higher. And he does a fine job of keeping the parasites away from Russia.
"Biracial" means that you are a mix of two races. They are all mixed. Therefore they are all biracial. It's like TheWestYearZero writes below: the one drop rule applies. If you have a little bit of black in you, then you aren't white. Similarly, if you have a little bit of white in you, then you aren't black. You are biracial.
But it's interesting how, between biracials, social status becomes a competition about something as arbitrary as the tone of your skin.
My hypothesis is that the people in the average IQ-range (around 90-130) tend to be economic idealists (either communist or libertarian), culturally secular/liberal and anti-racists (out-group preference) when it comes to identity politics, believing in and zealously defending the fraud of civic nationalism.
The people in the extremes tend to be more right-wing: the stupid because they don't understand deception and the geniuses because they can better discern truth from falsehoods. The people with very high IQs (150+) tend to be pro-nationalism and pro-Christianity, when they are losers. When they are at the top of society, they use the left to destroy others with similar IQs.
That being said, there are many well-educated people with high IQs these days who are functionally illiterate. Nobody reads. They play video games and watch pornography instead. It's a spiritual problem affecting the whole population. The distractions are everywhere and it takes a whole lot of effort just to avoid them.
