One of the owners of the company I work for is also a financial advisor. Today, one of his investment customers came in and I heard them talking about the election (my office is right next to his), and I was floored. The two of them were talking like this was a legitimate election, Biden was in, and about how Trump just wasn't smart enough to win over all the republicans that didn't like him because he was too "abrasive". There was no knowledge of re-counts, lawsuits, or Dominion Voting Systems. There was a bunch of other nonsense talk that sounded like it came from CNN and then they laughed at how smart they thought they sounded.

Now I've been working there for 6 years and (up until today) I've always considered him to be pretty intelligent. He's got a business degree from a prominent university, he's got money, advises other people on THEIR money, and has done pretty well with our company 401K, but he can be kind of arrogant at times and will talk down to people when he wants to prove he knows more then them. They all know I'm a YUGE Trump supporter, but I haven't said a word to anyone about the election or what I believe to be happening, because I'm sure if I mention any of the stuff we know about, I'll get dismissed as "low info", and I need my job so I'm keeping quiet, but I'm thinking to myself..."How the fuck can someone who claims to be so smart, be so totally clueless about what's going on??"
