I went there Saturday with my daughter(spare me). While waiting for a curbside order my four year old daughter says she needs to pee. I walk inside and am abruptly met by catering manager Jolene.

I explain the situation to Jolene and I am told well our bathrooms are closed it's company policy. I plead, she's a four year old girl what do you want me to do go outside and have her pee in the bushes. She replies 'Well no but there is a Waffle House across the street and their bathroom is open.' As I'm beginning to boil, I say I've got a better idea why don't I just let her piss her pants right here on the restaurant floor. 'Well sir we prefer you not do that.'

At this point I leave because anything that happened after that would've landed me in jail. We walk across the busy street and go pee.

The fact that Chick-fil-A would reward a brain dead mouth breather with a managerial position has pissed me off to no end. Policy is not etched in stone and common sense exceptions may be applied. Chick-fil-A should not promote morons who apply policy like a monolith. Jolene is a heartless cruel woman to do deny a child a toilet.
