Part of the reason for that is that the "red" politicians make more and more concessions to the former "blue" voters. Things like affirmative action and unchecked illegal immigration and refugee programs. Blatant lawlessness and racial favoritism just to get votes for the team are not even close to worth it.
Your numbers are misleading, as well. Trump won 8 percent of the Black vote. After this summer's incidents, he may well win even less. 8 percent is absolutely fucking terrible. He won about 30 percent of the Hispanic vote, which doesn't tell us too much, because many Hispanics are (legitimately) White.
Maybe we'll be able to get two ideologically opposed political parties again a few decades down the road, once there stops being an anti-White voting bloc because the Whites are no longer the cultural hegemons, but at that point who could possibly give a fuck, because whatever country holds this land will not the the United States of America.

As for why this is Trump's fault, he is projecting no strength at all. He is constantly responding, constantly on the back foot. The libs are setting the agenda, and he's to a greater or lesser degree going along with it. He is projecting no strength or authority, and everyone sees it. Tucker Carlson has had a few rants along similar lines. We have innocent people in towns that are burning. We have shown that our cities can be conquered easily (Seattle). I have no problem with police patrolling the roads on the lookout for dangerous behavior. I do not accept that going 15 over on a giant, straight, empty highway is dangerous behavior. I do not accept that a rolling stop that gives the driver time to look in all directions is dangerous behavior. I have been pulled over many times while in complete control of my vehicle and posing 0 threat to anyone around me. I most definitely do not need cops doing that.

There is legal discrimination against White males in our institutions, but none whatsoever against Black males.
You know what I'd really like? For Black men to stop killing us Whites at such incredibly disproportionate rates. They have no fucking idea what it's like to be a victim. A Black person is 27 times more likely to attack a White person than vice versa. White lives matter.
