Also twice over against gay marriage. It was the court that legalized it.

It's when California became a mecca for gay's that they took over politics and began to destroy the state.

They act as a unit and throw everyone else out of any government job or position of influence and make it impossible to debate the error of their ways.

Trump is pulling out all the stops before the election.

Glad he is.

Imagine being able to create other humans who will love you more than anything and always be on your side and care about you. All for the price of an extra bowl of oatmeal in the morning. That's kids. Why anyone wouldn't want to have as many as possible is beyond me.

Yes. This fact was the most surprising reveal of recent months. This is a huge problem.

If they contain the reins of prosecution then constitutional rights don't matter. If this can't be reversed then it's time to leave.

Everyone gets this wrong. When the constitution was written there was no federal government. There fore when it said the president has the power to pardon in the united states it meant all state charges. The pardon power was literally supposed to be like king George pardon power. King George could pardon for any offense throughout the kingdom.
At that time the united stares didn't mean federal government. It literally meant all the separate states United together in agreement.

And court rulings to the contrary have gotten it wrong and in any case the courts don't supersede in any area of the executive branch. The courts have no dominion over the executive branch. If they did the the judicial branch would be the superior branch. The constitution specifically did NOT do that. Presidents can ignore court rulings in area of their administrative duties and powers. Only impeachment can remove a sitting president.

Presidents only voluntarily comply with court rulings.

Lincoln and Jackson both famously ignored bad court rulings.
