So today I received a call from my step brother who’s in the marines. He told me that his CO asked him if he wanted to come home for Christmas, so if course he said yes because he didn’t think he was going to get to. However, I remember the other times he came home, he had to specifically ask for leave and go through a big process that usually took 3-4 weeks. Just found it kinda odd. Do any of you know if that’s normal?
It’s isn’t because I think they’re wrong, it’s because they lack confidence and conviction. They want to convince you to leave your family behind and fight a head on war against the enemies of the people, without any plan and yet, do you think they would have to conviction to even stay in the war?
