I've worked lots of construction jobs before I earned all my college degrees.

Jamaican immigrants were some of the only black guys on the job site who could keep up with Hispanics and me in pace and productivity. In fact, the native black Americans on the job site were quite racist against the black Jamaicans. It's around the time I learned that light skinned blacks don't get along with dark skinned blacks, and ultimately made related insults.

But doing some hard, dangerous, back breaking manual labor with other guys will bring all races together. You gotta look out for each other cuz the job sites were dangerous and you'd get yourself killed if you weren't looking out.

Your IQ theories help explain why averaged statistics show disparities. 80% of intelligence is inherited. It's silly to claim schools are systemically racist because black children, ON AVERAGE, score lower if 80% of their intelligence is inherited. Multiple studies show that rich black kids still score lower on standardized tests than poor white children. So poverty is disproven as a factor as well.

But I caution anyone on our side to begin seeing people as an "average" of their collective race.

The foundation of Conservatism is Individualism. Individual Rights. Individual opportunity.

I live in a very integrated southern city. Black people and white people work together, eat together, our kids play together, we laugh together and party together. The most racist places in this country I've been to are in the northeast. Also, I've worked with some black Americans who were the hardest workers I've met, depending how you look at it. A black security guard I worked with worked back to back 8 hour shifts 5 days a week, putting in really long hours. Another black guy I worked with held two, sometimes three jobs with the intention of paying off his house quick.

Also, many black Americans are conservative. They just don't know it yet. There's pressure on black Americans to vote demoKKKrat. But we see lots of black Americans now realizing they're merely used by white demoKKKrats to coalesce power and control. It's not believable that any colored person in the Joe Biden regime has any real power when we all know Joe Biden himself is not the actual one in control.

Sure. Let the black Americans run the power plants, the water treatment plants, the sanitation plants, fix the utilities, pay all the taxes, fix the roadways and bridges and infrastructure, etc.

I'm still astonished how white racist demoKKKrats successfully convinced blacks to move back on to the demoKKKrat plantations. Instead of growing tobacco and cotton on the plantations, demoKKKrats realized they just had to build slave quarters, relabel them "section 8 affordable housing" and black African Americans would willfully and graciously move back on to the plantation. Throw in some food stamps, WIC vouchers, and free bus passes and they showed us all that they actually like to be "kept."

It amazes me how many people believe in silly ideas such as "the parties switched" even though you can look up the names of all the dixiecrats and see that only three of them ever switched political parties. Since when did 3 politicians ever make up an entire political party? White demoKKKrats push this bullshit lie and black Americans seem to believe it.

I also notice that black Americans are far more likely to vote how their parent voted (singular because they rarely have both parents in household), whereas people of other colors are more likely to question the politics with their own critical thinking skills.

All this said, we are individualists.

And there are black individuals who are genius.

I love reading the articulate letters of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. or Frederick Douglas. I love black jazz music from the 1950's. I love the politics of Thomas Sowell or Larry Elder or Candace Owens. The great life story of Dr. Benjamin Carson.

Sadly, it seems that white people have more respect and appreciation for great black intellects.

Black culture seems to be more interested in Cardi B, Jay-Z, Beyonce, and other pseudo-intellectual talentless black frauds. Any accomplished, intelligent black man or woman is told to "stop acting white." Kind of sad to see black American culture tear their best down.

Another thing I notice is how different Africans are from Black Americans. Africans are usually more faithful and generally very happy people despite not having nearly as many luxuries as black Americans. Black Americans are rich by world standards, but are constantly angry and pretending to be impoverished while they were $200 sneakers and hold $500 phones and flaunt jewelry and nice clothes and big rims.

When black Africans immigrate to the USA, they are usually prosperous and can start up successful first generation businesses. Yet, the black Americans who have been here for 100+ years can't get past the grease pit at Burger King. What's going on?

African nations were still trading slaves into the 1930's.

In fact, white people had to form the League of Nations to coax racist Black Africans to stop enslaving each other.
