Pennsylvania and other states are under the Constitution, which requires all election protocols to come through the state legislatures. Those states literally didn't do that. They were sued and LOST, but the judge ruled that, even though what they did was Unconstitutional, it was okay this time for "reasons". Literally everything that happened was Unconstitutional, who fucking cares if it affected the outcome (which it obviously did, otherwise there would be no fucking reason to try to cover this shit up)?
