Ohio has filed an Amicus brief telling SCOTUS to look at the case but they don't agree with the remedy suggested by Texas. They are interested in how SCOTUS is going to rule on Article 2 of the constitution. They also say they are supporting Texas, but if they don't support the remedy, what's the point?
