Yes, we need better training for cops. One of my sons was in the police academy last year (he ended up not finishing thank God) and I was made aware of how easy is it to become a cop. Some are actually hired right off the street. They do a psychological screening that is a joke. We need better training, better selection, and better pay for cops. They also need to be paid better. And why don't they all have body cams that record non-stop? BTW, I am a white woman and I've been pulled over 9 times in my life for speeding and I have NEVER been issued a speeding ticket or even a written warning.
Yes, numbers have been blown out of proportion but are you seriously willing to believe everything a cop says? You've seen how corrupt they are. They are corrupt from the very top down. I have had black friends who have been unfairly picked on by law enforcement. Its not just about shootings. Also, look at how the Democratic party has lied to the black community and how they have ruined the cities they live in. Black people absolutely experience racism from law enforcement and I understand why they are angry and why they protest. I just wish that antifa didn't get involved and make it worse. I also feel the same way about the capital protest. You had thousands upon thousands of peaceful protesters and the whole thing was ruined by a few bad apples. Think rationally. Try to see the other side. The government is playing us against each other to keep us weak and ineffective. The capital protest came way too close to putting the heat on them, so they have tripled down on efforts to make us hate each other. Stop playing along.
This is something I feel very strongly. I have always thought that BLM had a legitimate reason to be angry. I was angry with them. I have no problem with them protesting. I DO have a problem with them when they victimize private citizens who have done no wrong. When you have a complaint, take to the entity responsible. Also, I believe that Antifa infiltrated their movement just like they infiltrated the people protesting election fraud at the capital building. Both sides had justifiable anger and both movements were sabotaged by violent outliers. WE ARE BEING PLAYED AGAINST EACH OTHER.
