I hope my letter finds you well. As you are most likely aware, there has been an apparent coup d'etat that has begun to subordinate the United States of America's federal government under an admitted cabal of career criminals and hostile foreign interests. The entire platform and intention of the incoming regime is to reduce the free peoples of this republic and of the State of Florida under absolute despotism and ideological slavery. This is not acceptable in any way and will most certainly lead to physical hostilities and violence between the several States and the regime's enclave in Washington DC, as the regime tightens its grip and begins to silence and cleanse those it considers undesirable. It has announced this intention clearly and several times. It is not a secret.
Violence is neither desired nor necessary between citizens of the remaining Free States and those Federal States that choose to abet the fraud, though it may now be inevitable. I choose for now to hope that a peaceful resolution may yet be brokered before a violent revolution of survival must be waged. As such and in my capacity as a citizen of the State of Florida, US Navy veteran bound by oath to a dead Constitution, and unlawfully disenfranchised voter, I am formally requesting a Bill be drafted and introduced according to the legislative processes of the House of Representatives and Senate for the State of Florida to enact an immediate and wholly peaceable secession from the unlawful and illegitimate regime of the presumptive incoming Presidential Administration, given that the federal election results were fraudulently, knowingly, seditiously, and criminally certified by the leadership and members of the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate in closed session on the evening of January 6th, 2021.
Should Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. and Kamala Harris assume the office, duties, and powers of the President and Vice President of the United States of America respectively, we will no longer have a legitimate Executive. For this transgression, we will be legislatively abused and forever disenfranchised. Our great State should not be seen by the rest of the world community as condoning or dismissing what has plainly occurred, nor be a willing participant in the totalitarian horrors to come. We must sever all political ties to the former United States of America, rescinding all privileges of the United States government to conduct taxation or exercise any enforcement authority, save a small ambassadorial and diplomatic delegation for the purposes of necessary and lawful interstate commerce, according to our State Constitution or other relevant Statutes.
If we must stand on our own, so be it. I have faith that we will not stand alone however, as our spirit is true and our cause just. But if we are to continue as a Free State and a Free People, stand we must.
