Just go look at PA GOP tweet and David Schafer(GA GOP) tweets and you will have your answer.

I agree that they are trying to delay the inevitable and perhaps they’re watching the other cases closely and know they can give a better ruling with these other cases but I think ultimately that would be dumb plus who else is to hear states that are suing one another on a basis of breaking their contract with the constitution if not the Supreme Court? That’s why you have them, so that they don’t go to war with each other and they can set precedent for future cases based off the constitution.

Plus you had basically had half the states on one side and the other half on the other side. Like that should be 100% a case that the Supreme Court should take.I think they are just cowards.

You are right but miss on a key point. The constitution clearly tells how the states are to conduct their elections and that is through the laws set by each state’s legislators. That is the contract that all the states agreed upon when entering the union under the constitution. If these 4 states had passed laws through their respective state legislators that TX didn’t like then yes, TX would have no standing.

But these 4 states clearly went around the constitution and broke their contract by bypassing the state legislators and set up their own laws which ended in fraud. Thus, TX and all other states should have standing on which to sue these states as it affects them for breaking the agreement that they all signed onto.

Looking forward to shredding these documents soon! Nothing to see here!

Yep. We would probably be in more legal trouble if we did sift through all the documents we are to shred.

Actually no. But that would be nice, then I would’ve known what the fbi, cia, & DHS were shredding at the shredding business I work for.

Exactly thank you. Stop going after A1. That’s just the noise.

Yes exactly. We would probably be in more legal trouble if us shredders did look at all the documents that we were to shred.

Thank you. Exactly. We would probably get in more trouble if we did look at documents.

Not controversial at all. As someone who works for another local shred company and will work with A1 a lot of times, we’d probably get in more trouble if we were looking at all the information we are shredding. We don’t need to go after A1.

This. As someone somewhat close to the situation, A1 isn’t who we need to be going after.

Hey fellow pedes, long time lurker since Reddit days. Never made an account except for that short period of time when TD required an account. This is a new account but I felt the need to at least chime in on what’s happening as I work for a local shredder business in GA. No I don’t work for A1 but we do work closely with them so I know them very well and the people who work there.

They are a family-owned business and have great service and should not be harassed from what’s happening. As shredders, we don’t ask our customers what they’re shredding or look at it. Everyday we shred highly confidential records from lawyers, medical records, financial records, etc. We would actually probably be more in trouble if we were to look at all the things we were shredding. Yes we get calls from AGs and investigators asking if we have shredded for so and so but we are not held liable for that. We tell them yes and when or no. And that’s it.

A1 are honest people but they were paid to do a job no questions asked and probably had zero idea until it was too late. They’ve had to hide their trucks and probably have lost some business from it and they don’t deserve it. Stop being distracted by the noise and focus on what matters. Focus on the voting centers that were asking those documents to be shredded and who was doing the asking. Don’t focus on A1 as I can promise they didn’t have secret talks with them or conspire with them.
