I am really confused and angry...I was of the belief that the DNI had fulfilled the requirement under the EO Section 1a (within 45 days of the election) and that the report could/would be updated as provided for under 1b (within the next 45 days). Why in the hell have something like this EO if it's not to be used to protect our elections?
And will someone please tell me why Gen Flynn was so positive that DJT would serve a second term? That is mystifying that he would put himself out there like that if he wasn't 1000% sure that the evidence was real and would be overwhelmingly convincing once revealed! enter text
For history buffs, this is Steve Bannon's Chrismas Day podcast. The real meat starts about 4:00. https://youtu.be/iiSMu3Z-2tI
This is referencing the opening of the Electoral College votes in the House on Jan 6th, VP Pence in charge. If one House member objects to the certification of the votes of a state, they basically need one member of the Senate to agree to/support the objection. Then there is discussion/argument in closed session... two hours I think. If there is no agreement, I believe it goes to the Senate... not sure on that. If and when there is a vote in the House, it's one vote per delegation. The count on that is 30 Republican, 20 Democrat as we control 305th of the State Legislatures. That's the way I understand the process.
And Patrick Byrne suggests that, in 2016, the Hammer & Scorecard was in place but the hackers got hacked. This was why HRC was so incensed that she lost. She was guaranteed the win!
