This is hardly concrete evidence. Suspicious, yes. But would not do shit in court. They could argue that there were ballots causing issues with the scanner, and looking around isn't a crime. Need more than this, unfortunately.
He was able to prove the identity of the person alleging that ballots were unloaded from a plane, in favor of Biden. This isn't conclusive proof, but perhaps this will help uncover more fraud. Not that it fucking matters at this point.
You're right on the contingent election though. Courts have made it clear that they will not intervene in election matters. It is up to our lawmakers now.

It is similar to 1 Summer St. in Boston - there are many of these facilities in city centers. I've been in a number of them over the years.
