See I'm not entirely sure about that one. Australia for example has had asian immegration since the gold rush days and it hasn't effected the Australian identity or culture at all. Now days most asians in australia speak with perfect ozzie accents, play ozzie sports, drink at ozzie pubs and see themselves as Australians above all else.
