Because of a administrative fuckup, they saw tens of thousands of families are being frauds and just ruined them financially, without recourse or allowing them to show their books. The scandal is so grievous because they subverted the constitution and the law in their actions, hence the fall of the cabinet.

There are other fantastic examples of how our government is absolutely retarded, like how the army don't have kevlar, ammo to train with so they will have to say ''pew pew'' or how two soldiers died on mission in Mali because improperly stored decommissioned grenades we bought from the Bulgarians blew up.
Or how some industries live on subsidies because they make them grow big, but they have no idea whom to give $$$, so they let private people do that, creating racketeering schemes. Problem is though, they need those subsidies, so if anyone is genuinly creating a good product they're torn down by the cartel.
