The owner of BNSF, Warren Buffet, is a prolific donor to democrats (no supprise). So what it comes down to is democrats getting rich at the expense of the American people, who could've possibly guessed that would be the case..
And that's only the north American front. Those same democrats are heavily invested in foreign oil/energy companies as well, so when North American energy suffers, they benefit even more.
