I am struggling to understand how SCOTUS heard this case but somehow couldn't hear the case from Pennsylvania. PA also had a law about mail-in ballots. We have been taken for a nasty ride.
The best suggestion I have heard is the convention of states. That has problems, too, but it's all I have.

The Texas case was rejected on standing, which is patently ridiculous. Any dispute between the states falls directly under SCOTUS. They didn't even say there wasn't evidence. It was actually a very solid case, but they refused to hear it. It was a total dodge. SCOTUS was not there when the nation needed them--as much as ever in history. Apparently, they just want to wear the robes and get their pictures taken.
Sorry to say, I live in PA. Our state supreme court and SCOTUS have blood on their hands. They are a disgrace. I guess it is fun to wear the robes, but they don't want to do the work. I hope they are happy. Screw them with an old, splintery baseball bat--lit on fire!
