Then why in the hell wasn't that their ruling in the Pennsylvania case before the election?

Isn't it coincidental how all 20 just happened at the same time? NOT!!! Who is the puppetmaster? I smell a Soros in the woodpile.

Here is the problem with Brian Kemp being finished as Governor. If SCOTUS doesn't intervene, the people lose their ability to "vote out" bad politicians. If you can rig your way into office, our way of life is done. NOW IS THE TIME TO FIGHT, and FIGHT LIKE HELL!!!!

Dear God, I hope the Democrats will find out that they cannot mess with the system like they have. Otherwise, our whole republic (representative democracy) is in trouble. Think about it. If a representative goes against the will of the people, he gets replaced by being voted out of office. This is what keeps them accountable and makes the system work. Now that we can rig elections, that is all out the window. They can write their own laws against the will of the people and there will be no recourse! Pray for wisdom for SCOTUS!

I hope Alito reads that and thinks "This is why you were ordered to segregate your ballots, an order which you disobeyed. You brought this on yourselves!"

I know you guys all know this, but by law, all election materials need to be kept. This is blatantly illegal! I just want to bang my head against the wall that this goes on without someone yanking this official out of office and slamming them in prison!!!!!

Love her! She calls then as she sees them! And by the way, 74 million people would hire her. We just need to get better at standing together so we can defeat the liberal enemy--and make no mistake--that is exactly what they are--enemies!

Mr. President, THANK YOU for the fight! The cheating and lying MUST be exposed or I don't know how we will ever fix it and have a trustworthy election without a physical fight. While I don't want that, I remember what was said about refreshing the tree of liberty...

Remember the Clarence Thomas-Anita Hill event? It isn't the nature of the evidence, it is the seriousness of the charge that warrants investigation? Wouldn't election tampering be pretty damn serious? We are playing the same game, but with two different sets of rules. We even HAVE evidence!

That is some kind of a statement. Looks like a pre-emptive attempt to get courts to reject Powell's assertions without allowing her to present evidence.

I agree, but I would pray that any threats she might receive are prosecuted.

I thank God for giving us four years of President Trump. We have had much needed court appointments and so much has been uncovered thanks to him. The work isn't done, but now an "army" of citizens is motivated to take up the fight. Pray that those who would harm the nation through deceit would be exposed and that their efforts thwarted, and that we would have four more years to clean this house!

Thank you God, and thank you President Trump!

I like the Patriot Party idea! It's time to rally and kick ass! I'm tired of the old Republicans who seem all too happy to bend over and take it. If not now, when? I don't think there will ever be a better time. We owe it to the founders and the thousands that have died to secure our freedom!

Once the election fraud can be proven, and we can verify that we have solid commanders for the operation, absolutely. This is so widespread that it will require a major reset. It will be a mess, but roughly half the country is with us, and we are the half that is armed. Thank the good Lord for great founding fathers and the second amendment! (There is a suggestion for the Thanksgiving table this week!)

Wow! That's a lot of work! More of a mess than I imagined. What was so bad about voting on paper?

I thought all voting materials needed to be kept for around six months. All materials should include ballots and envelopes. If the postmark is mentioned in the law, then that information should be of material value and it should be kept. Willfully discarding it SHOULD render them all invalid imho.

Especially when PA already defied the first court order! That ought to be punishable in itself and cause all questionable ballots to be tossed. Otherwise it disenfranchises the legitimate vote. You know?? The legitimate vote?? Remember us, SCOTUS???
