I personally just think Pence knew it was a losing battle so he deferred. The reality is that no matter what Trump or Pence did, they didn't have the Republican support as a whole behind them. People like to talk a lot about what Lincoln did and all the actions he took, but forget to acknowledge that Lincoln literally had the entire Republican party in 100% support of him and he didn't have a Republican party deep state trying to overthrow him constantly. No matter what Trump did, he had opposition from within. He already had Generals come out and say they wouldn't support the insurrection act if Trump invoked it. You know at least 15 Republican Senators would have been completely on board with stripping Trump of powers immediately, considering how many were so ready to impeach Trump again when they mistakenly though the timing was finally right for them to pounce. I just think it was a political decision because there was no winning decision, so he bowed out. I didn't like it, I wasn't happy with it, but even if he challenged it and it went back to the houses, it would have been so long before anything happened we probably would've ended up with President Pelosi before anything got decided and then we'd still have the Supreme Court rule against it... I wish it wasn't so. I personally have no ill will against Pence because of it only because he knew it was a lost cause fight. People really didn't believe it was, but I suspect that so many people also believed all the fake news stories from controlled opposition sources to lull people into disaction by telling them "The hammer is about to drop, 4D chess move incoming," as they did nothing. People felt Pence was betraying the 4D chess move. No, there never was a 4D chess move because the Republicans in power themselves had no will to support Trump. Trump did his best. He never gave up fighting. The election was clearly stolen. I just think Pence was in a lose-lose situation. He had Trump's back all these years though and he never ONCE showed himself to be a faux supporter but actually turncoat on Trump, like someone like Nikki Haley, and I have to give him credit for that, and support that, and acknowledge it, imo.

Parlor is just Twitter 2.0, with censhorship included, except this time you gave them your driver's license. LMFAO.

Dan Bongino really messed up going in on them, investing his book money to them as a startup to get on the board, only to have the board have an insurrection to try to get that sweet sweet tech money.

He wasn't even guilty. He found out about it later, AFTER the investigation started and things were public...

It was a massive political hit job with the news media and the deep state.

One of the reasons the deep state hated him so much was because he ended the Vietnam War. They've always loved endless war.

I fully expect the SEC to do nothing about this even though they should.

My wife and I both have college degrees. With her degree, after 10 years as a special education teacher, she was making about 34k a year (in Arizona). I worked in academics in computational/systems biology. I made 22.5k a year stipend. Entry level jobs were maybe 45k a year for me, with a Masters degree, and 35k a year with just a 4 year. I had a boss who after 10 years was making around 55k a year. Not bad... not great, but EVERYONE I knew was saddled with student loan debt. This is in Arizona by the way.

My wife decided to go back to community college for a trade in dental hygiene and now makes close to 80k a year, with a 2 year hygiene degree/certification. I left my life as a scientist making hardly anything to work for a fundraising company and essentially quadrupled my income within 3 years of starting... My company did not require people with degrees, but it was sales and you needed to be comfortable with outside sales and working with people and be self motivated to work as you are a territory manager.

We now are both financially very stable and comfortable and neither of us have any use of our college degrees that we spent a combined 175k on between the 2 of us. What a waste of my life, imo.

I quickly learned, anecdotally, how much of a scam the whole college thing is for many people. They lie to you at orientations with BS stats like "The average college graduate is making 75k a year within 5 years of graduating" and so on. They lump in the high salaried degrees with it. What they should say is "Your degree is this, the median salary is this for that degree." That would completely destroy colleges though if they were honest.

Everyone I know in a skilled trade makes an excellent living. My younger brother was in the Army, got medical lab certified, and now works in a hospital making 70k a year managing their blood test lab, with amazing benefits. And he literally has no degree. He even hasn't chosen to use his GI bill because most of his friends that did still don't even have a job as good as his.

His program would take maybe a year of classes at a community college to get the certificates necessary to do it, as a TRADE.

There's obvious exceptions. Clearly high demand skills like engineering and software development matter, but look at me. I had a STEM undergrad degree in molecular and cellular biology and with just a 4 year degree the entry level jobs around me at various labs paid maybe 17 bucks an hour starting... yet you take on 100k in student loan debt. Ya, I was an idiot. But I didn't know. I was TOLD by everyone at the university how financially successful you'd be after graduating... except I had $1300 a month in student loan bills making $17/hr... and you wonder why I decided to go back to grad school? Of course, I was lucky and I was a good student, had lab XP already, so when I got accepted in the competitive program, I got to defer my loans. But hell, like 80% of people applying to grad school get rejected. You can't just take more classes and get a Masters degree. A lot of people stuck with a 4 year degree that will do little for them beyond open a few extra doors for jobs not even related to their degree.

Such a shame.

I think it also ultimately has to do with the fact that the RINOs in Washington will join with the Dems to permanently remove Trump. It's that simple.

Yup, and the guy who tried to shoot him that got shot in the arm is a felon who was not supposed to be in possession of a gun. Notice how he never got charged?

None of them did... political bias in the prosecution.

Lmfao, stop with this Q bullshit coming any moment.

No, he isn't. He can't. There is no way he can do anything. Even if Trump invoked the insurrection act today, the orders would not be followed by the swamp creatures, the joint chiefs, and so on. You are only setting yourself up for disappointment.

Move on, let's focus on 2022 and fixing rigged elections and cheating before then. It's something Trump tried to do when he got elected and our own Republican party pushed back against him for doing so with the swamp joining with the Dems saying cheating couldn't happen... even though we all know it could.

Want to make a difference? Start locally. State Reps. Go to the meetings. Change your governors. Drain your own swamp locally. Let's primary the losers in 2022 to get better candidates, and let's all become hard poll watchers, and do everything we can to end mail-in vote cheating in our states.

I am not ready to throw in the towel. This whole Q BS about Trump about to drop the hammer is just controlled opposition bullshit now because rather than you actually doing anything you're like "Just wait and you'll see what happens..." Just like we waited to see the 4D chess moves with Jeff Sessions, which turned out to be bullshit.

Look at all of the lies from election day til now by the Q LARPs. Don't insult your own intelligence by allowing them to do that to you.

GeneticsGuy 32 points ago +37 / -5

Guys, you are only setting yourself up for disappointment here. I live in a town with a large military base nearby. It's not uncommon at all for them to run late night exercises and for you to come across convoys of military vehicles.

And yes, I've seen them fully suited up and armed in the escort. You think when they do military exercises, because it's on US Soil they don't suit up for it appropriately?

This might be shocking to someone who hasn't seen it that is traveling on the freeway. But it's not for people that live near military institutions. Also, this was posted on January 5th, nearly a week ago.

Guys, you are getting played by the Q LARPs if you think this is evidence of some final play by Trump. It's over. There's nothing that can be done at this point by Trump. Insurrection Act wouldn't even matter. It ONLY mattered with Lincoln because he literally had 100% of the Republican party's support, including all of the House members, Senate, his Cabinet, and of course, his VP, as well as the full backing of many major news organizations at the time to disseminate support.

What does Trump have now? Washington is filled with RINOs. Even Pence isn't supporting at this point. You are only going to be disappointed by setting yourselves up like this.

5
GeneticsGuy 5 points ago +6 / -1

Here is the difference, however. In 1860 the entire Republican party was 100% behind Lincoln and supported him. It wasn't filled with a bunch of RINOs. It wasn't filled with a cabinet that would invoke the 25th amendment... The President can have all those powers you say, but if you have too many swamp creatures that refuse to support it, it doesn't matter.

Right now you already have RINO loser Republicans, like Ben Sasse, Mitt Romney, Murkowski, and so on saying they are considering voting to impeach him with the Democrats this time purely over the Capital Building being rushed, even though Trump said to go to the Capital peacefully.

It's insanity. So sure, go ahead and pretend Trump ordering the Insurrection Act would even matter at this point. It won't. He could order it and within a week or less the Republicans would turn against him. They have no balls anymore. The swamp runs deeper than anyone realized. What can Trump even do when he doesn't even have the support of his own Vice President at this point?

GeneticsGuy 0 points ago +5 / -5

Guys, this happens all the time. Insurrection Act has not been invoked. No 4D chess move is about to unfold.

As I have been saying ever since Q got the whole Jeff Sessions thing wrong, it is just a bunch of LARPs. The fact that people somehow still think Trump has some secret thing up his sleeve now just goes to show you how dumb the who Q Anon movement is.

I don't think people that believed it are bad. I think they are true patriots that were just hoping for the best case scenario, and I think it was internet trolls that took advantage of that hope. Congress has certified everything. Things cannot be undone at this point in any way. If Trump had a magic trick up his sleeve now, he would've used it BEFORE Congress convened to certify the election.

Stop setting yourselves up for disappointment.

GeneticsGuy -2 points ago +19 / -21

No it hasn't. We would know if it has. Also, it wouldn't matter at this point. IA isn't going to stop a Biden Presidency since Congress has certified it. You can't go back and change it now.

Also, this happens all the freakin time. It's not uncommon.

You are only setting yourself up for disappointment. Don't be deceived by LARPs claiming to know this.

Lmao so true. The FBI agents are a bunch of political drowns these days though. They don't care about facts, they are hust a political police force getting closer and closer to being the thought pllice, and they know it, see it in their face, and allowing it to happen. Their pension is more important to them than anything.

Sad because I bet there's still a few ideological people in the FBI with good intentions, but overall, they aren't anymore. I used to believe otherwise. Too many of them turn a blind eye and look the other way,or even actively participate in the corruption.

GeneticsGuy 3 points ago +4 / -1

Can still file for wrongful termination if it was politically motivated in many states.

3
GeneticsGuy 3 points ago +4 / -1

In all seriousness, what can Trump even do? The entire establishment of Washington still opposes him. He could order martial law right now, utilize the insurrection act, and use his powers, but if the people following the orders don't follow the orders, what can you do?

Even Pence side-stepped and betrayed the people today. If even Pence will betray, what options does he even have? Hell, Trump could order everything declassified today, then all the leadership says "Nope, sorry." And, even if Trump protests it, by Jan 20th it will not be resolved and Biden says "Classified again!"

When the corruption and the deep state is THIS deep, the game is rigged, the country is lost. I don't see any way of rebuilding this country now. Trump tried to show the GOP how to win, and look at them today, 45 Republican Senators are against Trump and choosing to certify even the states with completely obvious fraud. Why? Because they need and want Trump to be gone. It's as simple as that. It's game over.

GeneticsGuy 1 point ago +1 / -0

The sad reality is evidence doesn't even matter. Look at Georgia. We literally have video evidence of them clearing out the voting place because they said there was a water leak (it was a lie to clear people out), and once they left they pulled out several suitcases of secret ballots and they started counting them, and if you look at the dominion counting tracker that gets updated in the middle of the night as they get passed through, 99% of the votes went to Biden.

So umm... ya, direct fraud in your face, undisputable, and the media gaslights the whole thing and tells everyone this is normal and silences and refuses to cover anyone even mentioning the fraud.

They could have wheelbarrows with fake ballots coming in through the front door and thanks to the media, nothing will be done about it.

Evidence doesn't even matter anymore because look at the establishment Republicans themselves. 93/100 Senators, meaning of the 52 Republican, 45 Republican Senators today have completely chosen to 100% ignore any claims of fraud. Many of them keep saying "There's no evidence of voter fraud."

They all know it's a lie. It's just gaslighting. If they say it and deny it enough, and the media gives them cover, eventually that just becomes the "truth" to the average person...

Hell, I am skeptical if a revolution could even happen because you'd probably have 75% of Trump's cabinet just turn on him and vote to remove him from office, and even if it was unconstitutional in how they did it, the rest of the Republicans would probably support it and let it happen.

This is a dark day for America. I think what will likely happen, more than anything, is not civil war of sorts, but secession and what comes of that. Many states will just secede from the union.

Ya, I think she got shot from behind because in one of the videos one of the SWAT officers in the hallway screams at some kid next to her that he'd shoot him next.

Look at Florida and how close it has been in several elections in recent years. It always comes down to Broward county... then, in 2018 we won the Governor seat and the Florida Governor kicked all of the Broward County election people out and basically got rid of the cheating. All of a sudden Trump wins by 3.5% in a huge victory.

You get rid of the cheating and the Republicans win. Fulton County is essentially the Broward County of Georgia, probably even worse. The pathetic Governor and Secretary of State of Georgia just let the cheating and fraud happen. Traitors to our country and to the people of their state.

Lmao, that "engineer" was trying to make the point that it doesn't matter that the bars are not off center, as all that matters is what is on the line parallel to them, or in other words, between the 2 bars on each side.

This is not correct, as was explained by this guy. He basically said, "Who cares if that is how it is SUPPOSED to be, it's not that way, why was there a 93.7% rejection rate on the ballots?" The engineer had no answer. This guy then proceeded to bitch slap him further.
