I run the tech department for a small company in NJ. I can do the overwhelming majority of my job remotely and have some on-site bodies that i can instruct to do things if necessary.
With that said, the company recently sent out a mandate that everyone - regardless if they go into the office or not - has to get this at home virus kit and then send it in. If they do not send the test back, they cannot go to work.
Fortunately, I'm salaried and can probably ride most of this out by just not going on site. But my question is, is it legal to force people to have medical testing and/or the eventual vaccination in order to return to work?
I'm full on happy capitalist and will accept the answer that "a private company has the right to ask their employees to do whatever they want, you can get another job if you don't want to comply". I am in the process of getting that going as we speak.
I'm getting the paperwork going and will have an LLC filed so i can start offering consulting services instead. If my boss likes me that much, and doesn't want to lose me but cannot treat employees unfairly, he can 1099 me.
Where do you all sit on this? Any NJ law pedes dealing with this kind of stuff right now?
I was thinking about trying to build a repo to house meme pieces, like an asset library. Imgflip is usually my resource.
The reasoning is that I suck at drawing and illustrating. But I can take meme bits with transparencies and make something out of them. Someone had made a post with the golf cart over a transparency and i thought "yes!, i need to grab some pepe faces and do the same".
I was thinking about taking Rockwell's "Freedom from want" and putting pepe faces on all the happy family and then stick some wojak/npcs outside of the window.
If i don't find one, i'll try start creating one. Pepe faces, wojacks, geotus, and a few other categories.
Heyo - going to set my kid up to play Eve online a little bit. After extensive research, it seems to be one of the few MMOs not currently PWND by china/tencent. Eve echos is absolutely asshoe, but Eve itself is alright.

I live in a mask mandatory state. I usually try to enter first without the mask, and i'll eventually relent once police request.
When i do wear the mask, it is a bandana designed with an image of the flag. Figured it was a way to flip them off while complying.

I don't give a shit about some dog face pony soldier lib quoting flag code to me to "undermine my patriotism". I am, however, not a veteran or LEO. I wouldn't want to piss on their graves.
How do you pedes feel about this? I've been so against buying any masks. The only other consideration at this point will be a MAGA mask.
I feel like at this point we are at war. The pure patriotism of wearing red white and blue proudly is needed in the culture war against the Marxists. But do we violate our own codes while doing it?
