While I agree, this has already been tried with suppressors. I think it was Missouri who legalized them without requiring a stamp. Feds didnt give a shit and came after a guy who made one anyway while the state who "declared" them legal without a stamp left him out to dry.
The only way this works is if the state governments take a stand more than just implementing legislation and enforce the legality with force and at that point you have a hot... well, you know
I used to be a huge baseball fan. Even played fantasy for a few seasons. I would travel 10 hours to go watch my team a couple times a year. Have all the fan gear, hats, jackets, sweatshirts, even some lawn chairs. So much money on MLB merchandise and tickets.
