We are the only armed society that can actually fight back, the longer this goes on the more insane and less credible the government looks.

It's a long game, I hope it never comes to violence but it may be the only option.

Depending on the outcomes of the mid terms it will either be a major turning point in favor of MAGA, or it will be a really bad step in the wrong direction basically mass cheating and then more communism. Either way I think it will be a major redpill to normies and fence sitters.

The fact remains that ultimately they need to completely disarm Americans in order to take complete control of this country.

If the courts allow the osha mandate, it sets a really scary precedent that employers and just force you to take endless injections.

The ETS can only be in place for 6 months and then OSHA has to replace it with a permanent solution.

I pray daily that the 6th circuit Court will strike this down and protect everyone, but it's possible that they won't.

At that point mass civil disobedience is really the only option left

Sue them, they don't get to make that decision. A properly written religious exemption cannot be denied

I refuse to take this vaccine under most circumstances, I will not do so willingly unless there is a DIRE situation in which I have no choice.

BUT until then I will never JAB

The mandate for osha isn't over yet, it will be decided soon which circuit Court will take the case... Could end up removing the stay and allowing it.

I don't have much faith in the courts

Can someone explain what a precinct delegate actually does? I don't understand this strategy

I agree with you wholeheartedly, it sounds like bullshit that they can just essentially modify a contract between the government and private sector without both parties agreeing on it.

I dont think that courts can strike down federal mandates for government agencies and the military as the executive branch controls them.

They have to offer medical and religious exemptions though

Private employers have the right to limit their pool of potential employees.

As much as it sucks, capitalism will sort that out.

As long as people have options to go work elsewhere if a bunch of businesses decide on their own that they want to mandate vaccines as a condition of employment they unfortunately have that right.

Most businesses have no interest in doing so as this opens them up to liability for injuries as well as the current labor shortage

I don't think he is someone most people will be familiar with to be honest, it's likely he hasn't even revealed his identity yet

Pretty much this, you don't just die suddenly unless you have a heart attack, stroke, or some sort of cardiac event that results in blood clots and or rapid organ failure.

Most people who die of disease have symptoms and it happens over a course of days, weeks, months or years but its gradual.

People like this guy are the reason why my insistence to NEVER jab grows stronger each and every day.

The harder they push, the more I fortify my resolve to not get this fucking poison.

I am a child of God however, and the Christian in me does feel bad to some degree that this happens to people even the ones like this guy who virtue signal about getting their injection.

They are misled and or brainwashed into making poor choices, I have to believe that this guy had good qualities about him, and he obviously has family and friends who cared for him and loved him, so I can't say this makes me happy, but at the same time its hard not to say I told you so.

Employees who are not fully vaccinated must be tested with a COVID-19 test, which is a test for SARS-CoV-2 that is: (i) cleared, approved, or authorized, including in an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to detect current infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus (e.g. a viral test); (ii) administered in accordance with the authorized instructions; and (iii) not both selfadministered and self-read unless observed by the employer or an authorized telehealth proctor. Examples of tests that satisfy this requirement include tests with specimens that are processed by a laboratory (including home or on-site collected specimens which are processed either individually or as pooled specimens), proctored over-the-counter tests, point of care tests, and tests where specimen collection is either done or observed by an employer.
